Begin your journey of self-awareness!

Explore your personal needs, alone and in community, when it comes to Body, Mind, Heart and Soul. Think about how you fill your needs, and how you neglect them before embarking on a journey of discovering how to increase your energy levels: naturally!

Identify personal goals when it comes to filling your needs: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Cultivate Spiritual Resilience and Hope. Experience delight and inspiration as you create, manifest and fulfill daily intentions!

Having logged how you were taking care of the needs of your Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit, you will see a pattern of how your choices impact both your energy and your emotions.  You are now ready to engage in creating plans.

With awareness, energy, vitality, hope and spiritual resilience fostered by self-determination, healthy boundaries and wonderful self-care: embark on the next leg of the journey. Take on more goals. Achieve your heart’s desires with motivation and support.

    It is Safe to Feel!

    What would it be like for you as an Intuitive Feeling type (INFJ, ENFJ, INFP, ENFP) to feel your feelings - all of them - without shame? 

    What would it feel like - now that you have strong emotional boundaries having completed Boundaries for Empaths - to obtain self-mastery in regulating your own feelings so that you can assist others through co-regulating theirs while applying Emotional First Aid? 

    What would it be like for you to be able to lean into the discomfort of sadness, anger, fear and all of their intensities, permutations and combinations?

    What kind of lease on life would you have with those kinds of internal resources, skills and abilities?

    Enter Kira's Enchanted Wood. Participate in Feeling Fully: 6 dynamic sessions offered between the middle of November to the middle of December (following the 8 weeks of Boundaries for Empaths). 

    During those 6 - 2 hour - sessions we will engage your entire being in a learning experience: hand, heart and head. Engaging fully includes: role plays, working in pairs, brainstorming in groups, discussing concepts and storytelling. Homework is provided for introverts who like time to prepare in advance before speaking in a group setting. 

    Due to the sensitive - empathic - nature of Intuitive Feeling types group size is limited: between 6 and 8, with a maximum of 12.

    The KivaGarden is excited to present: Feeling Fully in the Enchanted Wood.

    As the first part of the Emotional Intelligence for Empaths Series (EQ4Es), we will be expanding your awareness, understanding, and vocabulary when it comes to being a feeling type. Coupled with understanding how your subconscious uses your body to communicate, you will have a greater understanding of what is yours, and what belongs to someone else. In this way Feeling Fully is all about understanding and extending your own personal emotional boundaries taking some of the turbulence out of being a sensitive Intuitive Feeling type empath. 

    You will then be prepared for Speaking Daringly in the Gazebo Pavilion. This workshop is being created specifically for those with the Divine Gifts of Communication and Truth. It is also being created for Indigos and Crystals. 

    Each workshop in the EQ4Es series builds on the skills of the previous one: as such, Feeling Fully is a pre-requisite for Speaking Daringly, which is a pre-requisite for Seeing Clearly. 


    While not a requirement, it is strongly recommended that Boundaries for Empaths be taken and completed before the commencement of Feeling Fully
